We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after your purchase to request a refund. As all of our products are digital, no physical returns or shipments are required.

To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 30 days of your original purchase date. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready when contacting us.

Damages and Issues

Please review your digital purchase upon receipt and contact us immediately if the file is defective, corrupted, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of digital products may not be eligible for a refund, including items that have already been downloaded, accessed, or used. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific purchase.

European Union 3-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or request a refund for your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification, provided the digital content has not yet been accessed or downloaded. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've reviewed your refund request to let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
